Cancellations

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your lesson. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the lesson will be chargeable at the hourly rate.

When I turn up for the lesson I will send you a message when i arrive, if I anticipate being longer than 5 minutes late I will contact you to let you know I'll be late. If you don't come outside when the lesson has started, I will send another message to say that I am there waiting for you. I will then contact you again after 5 and 10 minutes seperately, but if there is no reply from you I will leave after 15 minutes and let you know I have left and that I'll have to charge for the lesson.
